Arlington · Tarrant County · Weekly routes

Lawns held to an unreasonable standard.

Mowing, edging, feeding and seasonal care built for North Texas clay. Weekly routes across Arlington and the cities next door, run by the same crew every week.

01 — What we do

Six disciplines. One pristine edge.

A lawn is a living system on a calendar. Every service below is scheduled around St. Augustine and Bermuda growth cycles in North Texas, not a generic national checklist.

02 — Monthly plans

A flat monthly rate, not a per-visit guess.

Three tiers, billed monthly, month to month. Pick one and we confirm your day of the week, or start with a quote if your yard is unusual.

Pricing shown for lots up to 6,000 sq ft inside our Arlington service ring. Larger or unusually shaped yards are quoted after a short site visit.

03 — Service area

Arlington first. Then the cities that touch it.

Our trucks stay close together on purpose. If your street sits inside one of our route clusters, you get a consistent arrival day and a crew that already knows your gate. If it does not, we will tell you straight instead of adding a long drive to your bill.

Outside the list?

Send us the address anyway. We open new clusters every season and will hold your spot when one reaches your neighborhood.

The block always notices first.

“They rebuilt our bed edge in one afternoon and it still hasn't needed touching. The stripes are ridiculously straight.”
Marisol R. · Pantego
“First crew in ten years that actually shows up on the same day every week. The photo report after each visit sold my wife.”
Dane W. · Mansfield
“Our St. Augustine was half dead after the drought. Two seasons on their feeding calendar and it's the best lawn on the block.”
Priya S. · North Arlington
